Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday - Saturday. All orders placed with us by 3 PM PST are processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed on Saturday by 12 PM PST are processed and shipped on the same day.

How do I process a return for my order?

Want to cancel your order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but act fast! We pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping. Orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed by 3 PM PST Monday through Friday, and by 12 PM PST on Saturday. To cancel, make sure you do so before these cut-off times.
